Peach Pound Cake
Recipe
Mix together:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup chopped peaches (fresh, caned, frozen or dried)
1/3 cup Peach Mix
2 cups Bisquick or any similar brand Baking Mix
1/3 cup nuts (optional)
Stir just until moist.
Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for
40-45 minutes.
