Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed whether you have received
damaged merchandise, an incorrect order, a wrong size, or simple
wish to return the merchandise.
Returns must be shipped within 30
days of receipt of your order.
Please call 770-309-6589 or
e-mail
(gardensgreen@mindspring.com ) for a return authorization
number for your merchandise. Merchandise
without an authorization number on the returned package will not be
accepted by Gardensgreen™ and will be returned to you.
Write the authorization number on the outside of the package.
If possible, please return merchandise in
original packaging. Enclose a copy of your receipt or your name,
address, phone number, date of purchase and/or order number.
Please
include a note stating the reason for the return . If the
merchandise was received in a damaged condition, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY or refuse to accept the order from the
carrier.
Your original
order must be verified before an exchange in merchandise can be shipped
or a credit can be posted to your charge card. You will receive
credit for the cost of the merchandise only.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise is shipped via
UPS Ground. If any other method of UPS shipment is desired, please call Gardensgreen™
to make the arrangements. Seed orders are shipped US. Mail only unless a
large amount of seed packets is ordered. Seeds are then shipped via UPS
Ground unless other arrangements are made with Gardensgreen™ .
Acceptance, use,
or installation of merchandise ordered from Gardensgreen™ is
acknowledgement that Gardensgreen™
is not to be held responsible for any damage or neglect arising from
a customer's misuse or incorrect installation of any product that is
sold/ordered
through the Gardensgreen™
website,
shopping cart, U.S. mail, e-mail, or phone order.
